Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales and Operations Specialist to
drive sales and manage operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Coca-Cola procurement to validate monthly
forecasts and manage customer relationships
Generate and distribute sales reports, track orders, and resolve
escalated issues
Maintain pricing files and ensure proactive communication with
customers regarding shipment priorities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, customer service,
supply chain, or business analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply
Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or
ERP systems
Experience with forecasting, order tracking, and revenue management
processes
Familiarity with sales processes, pricing models, or customer
account management
