  • You are Tech Savvy and can handle electronic tools with ease.
  • You conduct regular outdoor foot and car patrols, as directed, among the related businesses.
  • You are crucial to employee and visitor safety by maintaining strict access control by verifying IDs.
  • You have excellent people skills, which are needed, as you greet employees, guests, and other folks.
  • You use and maintain assigned equipment according to directives provided in a safe and efficient manner.
  • You can read and write detailed reports.
  • You have the physical stamina to handle standing, siting, and walking throughout your shifts, as well as handle any weather conditions.
  • Your attention to detail will serve you well as you observe, survey, and report activities at the Site.
  • You can respond quickly in critical situations.
  • You can quickly learn so you can enforce the Client's procedures, regulations, and standards.QUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
    • You have a PILB card in hand.
    • You are Tech savvy with computers and other tech equipment.
    • You must be able to walk, stand, or sit for full shift, and handle any weather conditions.
    • You have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
    • You have advanced people skills.
    • You have at least a high school diploma or GED in hand.
    • You can pass an extensive screening process.
    • You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
