Job Description:
A company is looking for a senior learning process specialist on
the Agency Sales Training team.
Key Responsibilities
Shape learning experiences for Agency Sales representatives and
maintain content accuracy
Identify learning and content-related process gaps and recommend
improvements
Build and maintain process documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of three years of
relevant work experience, or five years of relevant work experience
in lieu of a degree
Experience in property casualty insurance, adult learning,
instructional design, or organizational development
Experience creating user-friendly SharePoint sites
Experience with end-to-end process diagramming using Blueworks Live
or similar tools
Learning data analysis and reporting experience
