Job Description:

Our office is currently seeking a full-time LITIGATION ATTORNEY with 5-8 years of experience. We practice exclusively in the personal injury area. Applicants must:

Have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Nevada State Bar and be in good standing.
Work well individually and as part of a legal team.
Have prior personal injury experience.
Be highly proficient in handling cases from pre-lit through trial including case work up, research, analysis, discovery, motions, taking depositions, oral argument, hearing attendance, and negotiating settlements.
Possess excellent research and writing skills.
Be motivated and a self-starter. Submit your resume and cover letter for consideration. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $97,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
