Job Description:

Company in Colton, Ca is looking for a Field Service Foreperson to oversee a team of Field Technicians. Responsibilities include supervising emergency response tasks, hazardous waste clean-up, and equipment decontamination. This position will also involve ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and operating heavy equipment. Why work for us? • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority
• Train and mentor Field Service Technicians
• Execute projects within budget and on time
• Enforce OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards
• Operate heavy equipment and handle various tools
• Work in various weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments
• Inspect drums for container integrity
• Assist in field sampling activities and waste stream sampling
• Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a physically intensive role
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Ability to travel and be on-call for emergency response
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to meet facial hair standards for respirator use Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous heavy equipment experience
    • Previous environmental and/or industrial experience
